We are an established, independent insurance brokerage seeking an experienced telemarketing professional to work with our high performing broking team.
This new part-time role (up to 15 hours per week with potential for more) involves following-up marketing campaigns with phone calls to business professionals, creating rapport, discovering information and scheduling appointments for our experienced team of insurance brokers.
The role is office-based in the north-west of Auckland and you will have flexibility with your hours during the normal work week.
We are looking for:
- Previous experience in an outbound telesales or sales role
- Outstanding communication skills
- Confidence and a commitment to achieving results
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Fluent English language skills and clear pronunciation are essential
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience in professional services is preferred but not a ‘must have’
Product and system training as well as ongoing coaching and support will be provided. Great team culture in a unique office environment. Excellent hourly rate with success based incentives.
