The role:
This role is all about meeting the skills and workforce development needs of State Sector, Local Government and Corporate clients. You'll be providing innovative learning and development solutions to help our clients lift the skills and capabilities of their workforce. You will need to be naturally collaborative and have the ability to co-create customer solutions which will set you up for success in this role.
The essentials:
Building and maintaining client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and building a positive client experience Working closely with clients, stakeholders, providers and assessors Managing the portfolios of learners and the cohorts of learners by programme Supporting learners to ensure they achieve the necessary credits and within program duration Experience / passion in learning and development and / or the uniformed services sector would be advantageous
