The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will provide outstanding sales support to customers and the Territory Manager, building professional relationships to achieve regional sales targets. You will deal with customer inquiries, including quotations and product orders, manage the Territory Manager’s call cycle, and help drive sales systems and processes in support of the sales process.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role you will be a strong multitasker, be solutions and process focused, and have good attention to detail. You will be a fast learner and have strong communication skills, a passion for delivering excellent internal and external customer service, and drive to help achieve sales targets. Your key strength will be your ability to easily connect with others and willingness to serve external and internal customers.
Ideally you will have worked in a related sector and can demonstrate success supporting the sales process, however of greater importance will be how well you build relationships and exceed customer expectations.
