 We require a driven, passionate, tenacious salesperson who thrives under pressure, is confident and outgoing and loves to hunt for new leads.  The role is responsible for generating new business for the clinic and creating opportunities for new client recruitment through events, referrals, local businesses, networking and leveraging the national marketing plan to create leads for our membership programmes. You’ll be the type of person who has high expectations of yourself and others, who is smart and expects to work with smart people and you will absolutely thrive on engaging with our customers and achieving results.

 

Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will work alongside a fabulous team of like-minded professionals including our Beauty Therapists and Registered Nurses (our Caci Cosmetic Injectors).  We offer full training in our sales processes and ongoing support and coaching to help you succeed in the role and each year you will attend the Caci annual conference and connect with the other ~30 Treatment Consultants within Caci across New Zealand.

 

Your background, experience and personal attributes will include:

·      A passion for sales

·      A proven track record in achieving strong and consistent sales results

·      Polished and professional personal presentation

·      Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent listening skills and strong empathy

·      A confident manner with a positive, motivated outlook on life

 

A background or interest in skin and beauty would be an advantage, however the ability to sell our fantastic programmes, treatments and products is the most important aspect of this role.

 

Candidates seeking part time or full time hours are encouraged to apply.  This is a flexible role with a minimum of 3 days per week.  Days and hours can be negotiated for the right candidate.  The package is made up of an hourly rate plus commission and bonuses. You’ll also receive product buying privileges and treatment allowances.
