Sales Co-ordinator and Business Development
Do your friends think that you talk way too much and are maybe just a wee bit bossy? …do you love helping people and being involved in sales where you provide a solution to a problem?
You will preferably have a background in sales and communication and a tertiary level qualification isn’t a pre-requisite but it does help show that you can achieve what you set out to do. As we're a small team in Business Development within a large accountancy firm, we will expect you to be well organised, often having to work with minimal supervision. You will have great attention to detail, be inquiring and imaginative, be able to use your initiative and don't need to always have your hand held, AND be a positive and fun member of the team.
This role also has a large administration component, using our CRM system for processing and tracking clients as well as ensuring the co-ordination of the lead generation process. Communicating with clients regularly about opportunities, and checking in with them on actions that have been created from them being involved in our business coaching services. As well as the not so exciting! but vitally important regular reporting and invoicing which assists with the running of our business.…
You will also be involved in developing and organising events with on-site coordination both during and outside normal business hours.
You will maintain a close working relationship with our Marketing team to ensure that our Sales action plan is followed and is achieving our targets.
