About the role
This is a position for a professional Print Account Manager . Due to the complexity of the work it's essential you have a background in a print or print related industry. The great thing about this role though is that it's pure Account Management ! Obviously, there is an expectation that you grow the existing client base through outstanding servicing but you won't be expected to hunt.
Working closely with the Management team you will be liaising mainly with mid level managers , taking briefs and managing a range of print projects.
You could have been working as a CSR in the printing industry and be ready to take that step up into Account Management. This would provide the perfect transition as there isn't that pressure for new business.

Skills and experience
To apply for this position you must :
* Have at least five years' experience in a print Account Management position or
* Have at least five years' experience working as a senior CSR / Internal Account Manager in a digital or offset environment
* Have experience working with CRM's
* Be capable of managing a range of complex print projects
* Be a professional and articulate communicator
* Be comfortable working with new technology and systems
* Enjoy working as part of a team
