Excellent opportunity to join this small and close knit team that are gaining an excellent reputation quickly. Due to workload and whilst they assist their hiring needs for the future, they are looking for an experienced individual to join their team.

In this role you will be involved with dealing with various employee relations and human resources queries. Where required you may get involved in restructuring, disciplinary procedures and resolving disputes.

You will be passionate about getting results and supporting organisations to give best-in-class employee relations advice. You will have a background in employee relations and it would be ideal if you also had a background as a solicitor in this area.

Most important though is that you are a team player, you value working closely and collaboratively with both your clients and your colleagues. This is a great opportunity to join a very good team.
