The Role
Initially, the main function will be to build and maintain an active candidate base, managing sourcing channels including all social media platforms, taking job briefs from clients and planning and executing high volume recruitment projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Phone screening, face to face interviews and reference checks
- Load candidate information into the database
- Build and maintain an active candidate pool
- Sourcing candidates on social media and recruitment channels
- Post and write job ads
