About the role:

Provide customers with exceptional service!
Handle queries related to major brand consumer appliances - product, pricing, returns etc - both over the phone and via email
Accurate processing of orders
Trace and trace, problem solving
Efficient processing of credits and invoices
Hours of work 11.30am - 8.00pm, Monday to Friday
