The HR team are committed to driving an agile and focused organisation, which allows the business to operate with clarity and transparency, in conjunction with a fully engaged HR business partner model. Reporting to the Group Manager of HR who is Nelson based, this role in Auckland is an autonomous role, partnering with the General Managers and other senior managers across the business.

A proven HR Practitioner you understand the importance of building and developing sound relationships and can influence when it counts.  With skills across the HR remit you enjoy being hands on, working closely with business leaders offering quality HR advice and coaching one on one for effective outcomes.

Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline, you ideally have experience working in an FMCG environment. You enjoy a role where you can be independent in your thinking, with the support and collaboration of a wider HR team. You also enjoy the numbers - with experience managing an annual remuneration process.
