Comspek International is a Kiwi owned and operated specialist Telco and IT recruitment consultancy with offices in Auckland and Wellington. Due to our continued success in being a quality recruitment consultancy, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Auckland team and share in this success.
What you will do day to day:
In this role you won't be expected to make many sales calls, however you will be working on sourcing for roles from our wide range of clients and finding the best candidates to fill them. Utilising a number of different strategies, you will be calling applicants who mail in, using social media and other search techniques, scouring our very large database and utilising your network to find appropriate candidates. You will then meet, submit and manage any successful candidates through the interview and start process.
