Our team is growing along with the fast-paced nature of the company. We would like to find a smart and down-to-earth HR Coordinator to help us meet our needs for the next 12 months.

About the Job

As an integral part of the HR Shared Services, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Coordinating team meetings and requirements
  • Processing on-boarding logistics and paperwork for new hires
  • Maintaining employee records and other related information in BambooHR, Crystal Payroll and in physical form to ensure data integrity.  
  • Coordinating with managers and employees in completing all HR requirements in BambooHR and HSE.  
  • Assisting in the recruitment process by organising interviews, conducting reference checks, sending offers and employment agreements.
  • Conduct company and health and safety orientation program.  
  • Coordinating with Managers as regards the training needs of their team members while ensuring approval of the same.  
  • Providing general information to managers and employees on HR and Heath and Safety matters.  
  • Supporting the HR Shared Services team in preparation of reports, presentations, workshops and other projects. 
  • Willing to learn and process payroll

 

About YOU 

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, Business or related field; or at least 1 year of HR experience 
  • Experience in coordinating HR functions 
  • Have basic knowledge of Health and Safety requirements in the workplace 
  • Highly resilient and can positively deliver in changing environment 
  • Always professional and have a positive attitude in assisting employees at all levels  
  • Familiar with BambooHR and experienced with Microsoft Office 
  • Experience in processing payroll
