About the business
This is a generalist HR role, very suited to an HR Graduate. The role will focus on performance of employees across all levels and embedding the company culture and values. This will be primarily achieved through support, coaching and development of staff in the business.
The key areas of accountability are:
- Recruitment and offer generation
- Developing a positive workplace culture
- Workforce planning and Organisation Development
- Performance Management
- Wellness and involvement in Health and Safety
