This is an exceptional opportunity to work across Remuneration, Benefits, HR Analytics and Payroll as well as showcasing your leadership skills.
Our private sector client is looking for a superstar to join their team on an 18 months fixed term basis. With continued investment to HR systems and process, a new HRIS/Payroll platform is about to be implemented so you will be joining at a positive time of change and your specialist knowledge and skills will be fully utilised.
This critical hands on role will keep you busy and challenged and with one direct report, a Payroll Coordinator, you will also have the opportunity to further strengthen or develop your leadership skills. As the technical expert across the areas of Remuneration, Benefits, HR Analytics and Payroll, you will be an individual who enjoys working with HR metrics and have strong attention to detail. You will also enjoy people interaction because you will be working closely with your team, your HR peers and engaging with business managers.
