People & Culture Business Partner
Our NZ People and Culture team is looking for a People and Culture Business Partner based in our Wellington office.
It is an exciting time to join our diverse and vibrant Global People and Culture team as we continue to implement our strategic initiatives across Leadership, Culture, Talent, Performance and Operational Excellence.
We are looking for a person who is passionate about partnering with our businesses to achieve success in a way that aligns to our values.
This role is 32 hours across 5 days (0.8 FTE) and will support the GM for our NZ Power business line and the Regional Manager for our Central region, totalling around 400 professionals. This role will require some travel throughout NZ from time to time throughout the year.
Do you have:
- A strong People and Culture generalist background to support our strategic deliverables
- Experience in supporting initiatives in engagement, leadership, talent management, change management and performance
- Exposure and understanding of L&D and OD
- Experience coaching and developing leaders
- A team focus where priority is given to achieving team success
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Commercial awareness and understanding of professional services business drivers
