About the Opportunity

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused recruitment professional to join our HR team based in Auckland. Reporting to the Retail HR Business Partner, the Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activity for our retail business. This is a fast-paced, volume based role that offers the opportunity to partner with store and area management to attract, recruit and on board talented staff who are the face of the BP business across NZ.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will add value to the business through the following key accountabilities:

  • Providing timely and accurate support on all core transactional recruitment activities such as job posting, applicant screening and preparation of offer documentation and employment contracts
  • Ensuring all candidate communications and statuses are up to date to ensure a positive candidate experience which is accurately recorded in our recruitment system (PageUp)
  • Act as a key point of contact for retail recruitment queries and develop relationships within the wider team in order to provide solutions to our candidates and hiring community
  • Actively identify initiatives that promote continuous improvement, including building our retail recruitment branding and assessment processes.
