Here at Proactive, we’re in the business of wellbeing. 

We’ve just celebrated our 19th birthday, but with around 20 clinics throughout the North Island, we’re still growing! Our multi-disciplinary team of clinicians pride themselves on providing holistic, tailored treatment services that garner transformational results for clients recovering from injury or illness. 

The role:

In this HR Advisory role you’ll be hands-on! We’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and provide top quality advice, assistance and operational excellence to our clinicians across the North Island.  You’ll be involved with every part of the business and cover all HR bases including learning and development, remuneration, employment relations, performance management, and health and safety – all of course consistent with HR best practice. 

As a small, tight knit HR team, we all pitch in and provide back up to each other’s work, and share our knowledge and experience as one team.  This role will report to our HR Business Partner, and have a strong functional relationship with the Support Office and Regional Management teams.

We’re looking for someone with the following:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role at an intermediate to senior level, having built a comprehensive understanding of HR delivery functions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of people at all levels.
  • Experience in an advisory capacity, working with management and staff
  • A relationship builder who establishes trust quickly
