Claims Consultants are there when customers need them most - when the unexpected happens like motor accidents, unpredictable weather events or burglaries.


We are looking for empathetic individuals that care about people and are passionate about finding solutions for customers to join our client’s Claims team based in Auckland.


If you:

  • Have phone-based customer service experience OR; even better, have previous general insurance / claims handling experience
  • Are an absolute whizz on a computer and are comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
  • Have exceptional time management skills and can confidently talk, type and think to best serve customers
  • Are resilient and thrive when working in a fast paced environment
  • Are flexible to work rostered shifts that include Saturdays
  • Are a self-motivated individual, with a real can-do attitude and love helping customers

You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding our customers and look after the things they cherish by promptly responding to their individual requirements and being there to help them during their time of need
  • Resolving and manage customer claims
  • Being flexible, agile, optimistic and well organised
