About the Role:
We have an awesome People & Culture team and this is your opportunity to join us. In this role you will identify appropriate learning solutions and learning frameworks to facilitate achievement of individual and organisational wide business unit goals.
The role will be responsible for bringing best practice learning and development experience and techniques to FlexiGroup NZ. You will identify development needs, design, create and deliver solutions across the organisation at every level.
- Delivering high quality training through face to face or digital learning
- Ensuring training provided uses relevant and best practice adult learning and instructional design and methodology
- Providing a robust training programme for key soft skills across the organization that involves various learning streams
- Complete needs assessment of targeted learning goals for each project/ course
- Design relevant curriculum through various methodologies and learning
- Structure the curriculum through a range of blended learning approaches
- Maintain a Learning and Development programme
- Work with People and Capability Partners and Leaders to identify performance gaps and propose solutions
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in using online tools to create digital learning
- 2 years’ experience in instructional design and facilitation in a corporate environment
- In-depth knowledge of Learning & Development best practice
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Relationship management skills
