The Client:
Our client has been supplying NZ with over 80 years of world leading steel products. Having developed a reputation for excellence in worldwide sourcing, inventory management, bulk materials handling, storage and distribution, they are geared to meet the requirements of the construction, engineering, natural resources and manufacturing industries.
The role:
• Assist with HR system maintenance and data cleansing
• Structuring their online content to ensure it is in line with their brand
• Allocating employees to the correct programmes and departments in the system
• Providing the HR team with administrative support, contributing to projects, documentation and other regular and ad hoc activities
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dedicated and possess an exceptionally high attention to detail. You will be solution and delivery focussed whilst maintaining the professional values and goals of the company.
• High level of discretion
• Confident with the Microsoft package
• High business acumen and professionalism
• Relevant Tertiary qualification or at least 1 year experience
