This is a great opportunity for a proven HR leader looking for their next exciting challenge. Our client is a Hamilton based organisation committed to supporting their community and being a great place to work.
Leading a team of well-respected HR professionals, you will support, coach and develop your team with a focus on customer excellence and continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for delivering a number of strategic HR projects to the business. Needless to say, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, influencing across the organisation and contributing at a strategic level.
We’re looking for experienced HR leaders who are collaborative, resilient, passionate about driving a high-performance culture and build effective relationships with their stakeholders.
Reporting to the People, Safety and Wellness Manager, you will be offered autonomy and be part of a team who are passionate about enabling the business to achieve its goals.
Your in-depth knowledge of legislation combined with your innate ability to influence will enable you to successfully contribute to the development and delivery of strategic and operational people plans.
