The Job:

This is a multi-faceted “work from anywhere” in New Zealand role. You will make it your priority to ensure that NZ Customers feel understood, valued, listened to and in safe hands. You will respond to incoming enquiries via Live chat, phones and ticketing system such as Zendesk. You will also be available for video conferences, and face-to-face if required.

With new Customers, your role will be to ensure that they have a great onboarding experience and that they’re  ready for “go-live”. You will help with training teams, working with sales and building relationships with old as well as new customers.  From time to time you will also go out on product demos and take part in events as well as promotions.

About You:
  • You are confident, well presented, well spoken and comfortable talking in front of groups (>30).
  • You will understand the recruitment or HR industry and whilst previous experience with Jobadder would be amazing - other HR/ATS systems will be considered.  
  • You love helping people, you’re good at it and you can explain complicated things to non-technical people.
  • You have worked in a support / software training role in the past.
  • You can travel approx once per month, both domestic and international.
  • You can multitask between Account Management, training and support.
  • You have outstanding communication skills.
