The Role

Our Wellington practice is actively searching for an experienced HR Leader at Manager or Associate Director level to deliver innovative industry-leading solutions for our clients, with the goal of making an impact that matters and setting the direction to deliver an exceptional client service.

The role involves working on projects in a collaborative team environment, following Design Thinking and Human-centred Design principles to create effective, cohesive and engaging solutions for our clients.

About You

A natural collaborator, you will work closely with a broad group of stakeholders and subject matter experts to inspire discussions both internally and externally with client groups, including senior and executive level stakeholders.

You are delivery-focused with experience gained in a complex consulting or operational environment, with deep functional HR expertise and experience in at least 2 of the following:

• HR Transformation
• Workforce Planning
• Talent Strategies
• HR Operating Models
• HR Technology

Additionally, you will have established a foundation of professional experience in the following areas:

• Ability to understand commercial and strategic vision, translated into operational excellence
• Practice development – a focus on developing people, teams and an understanding of what is needed to maximise performance
• Experience within a management consultancy, or alternatively you have consulted internally for a large organisation (ideally)
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to lead or contribute to workshops and client showcases.
• Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative team that takes an insights-driven approach to developing outcomes for our clients.
• Highly effective communicator and presenter, verbal, written and visual.
• A passion for creating human-centred experiences to solve business problems.
