HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
(Part time – 24 hours per week)
We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with exceptional interpersonal skills. This is a rare opportunity to join the HR Team in the build up to, and over, our busy 2018/19 Season.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will have exposure to a variety of Human Resources related work across all three of our spectacular Lodges and be fully immersed in what’s going on. You will need to be a strong administrator, with an aptitude for detail, an understanding of procedures and a desire to develop your HR knowledge, skills and expertise.
This is an important, new position and you will need to have strong focus on excellence, plenty of enthusiasm and a flexible approach.
In addition, the successful candidate will have:

- An obsessive attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills
- A high degree of professionalism and honesty
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to uphold confidentiality and sensitive information, both on and off duty
- And common sense!
This is a generalist HR position, where no two days will be the same. If you pride yourself on being a ‘people person’, have a passion for building relationships, enjoy keeping busy with a variety of day to day tasks, we would love to hear from you.
This role will be ideal if you have previously held, or currently hold, an HR Administration/Assistant position or if you have recently finished studying your HR degree.
You must have access to your own reliable transport and a valid working visa to apply.
The role is based at Cape Kidnappers in Hawkes Bay.
