A brilliant learning opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a passionate, agile and innovative business that provides HR solutions for a high performing workforce. 

We are looking for a driven HR Advisor who is looking to grow their career to the next step within an innovative and transformative environment.  This role will suit you if you have had some initial experience, but are still developing in your career.

An influencer and strong communicator, you will support HR Business Partners and line managers with day-to-day people management, as well as act as an advocate for staff on interpreting HR policies. You will gain broad operational HR exposure, including the co-ordination of Employee Engagement Surveys, job evaluations, performance reviews and management, and recruitment processes. This role requires someone with analytical ability who will step up to be the system expert, translating HR data into useful information for the business. 
  
This role would suit a personable, hard -working individual with a flexible attitude, who can easily connect with people. Your previous related experience, knowledge of employment legislation and analytical ability will add value in delivering HR solutions to build and sustain a high performing and engaged business.
