Secure Parking is seeking to recruit reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service Officers across the Auckland CBD &/or Metro area's.
As a Customer Service Officer you will be primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service and also patrolling car parks to ensure that they are running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing the highest level of proactive customer service.
• Ensuring the efficient operation of the car park.
• Patrolling various car parks and ensuring compliance with restricted parking time frames.
• Basic equipment maintenance
• Representing the company to customers in a professional & courteous manner
To be successful in your application you will have:
• Reliable transport
• A proven history of outstanding customer service.
• The ability to undertake the physical requirements of the role & travel to various car parks across the CBD/Metro.
• A "can do" professional attitude.
• Experience as a car park attendant or enforcement officer (Desirable).
