Human Resources Co-ordinator

Permanent, Part time (Palmerston North based)

Looking for a challenge? A role where you make a difference?

We are looking to fill the critical position of an HR Co-ordinator in our Corporate Services Team.

You must be well organised, flexible, have exceptional communication skills, a sense of humour, and work in a way that embraces our organisational values.  You’ll demonstrate resilience, be resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism.  You will have great customer service skills and ideally have several years’ experience working in an HR function

Experience and skills

• Document management, data integrity and confidentiality with attention to detail and an attitude to get it right first time
• Have a relevant qualification or experience related to this role
• The ability to interact at all levels, at times under pressure
• Exceptional literacy and analytical skills
• Proven excellence in communication of all forms
• Have a valid driver’s licence

• An understanding of the working in the Health Sector would be an advantage
