About the Role

This is a newly created role responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of HR programmes for the Ministry and work across related HR projects. Reporting to the HR Programme Manager you will ensure projects are well coordinated and that milestones are monitored and reported on.

You will be expected to take a proactive approach to building relationships across the Ministry, and establishing strong administrative processes to ensure the effective delivery of HR programmes and projects.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • good knowledge of techniques for planning and monitoring programmes/projects
  • experience in providing coordination support to managers and teams
  • sound analytical and information management skills
  • strong experience in secretariat, information management and support services roles in multi-functional teams
  • outstanding communication skills with a client focus
  • excellent computer literacy, use of Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
  • have a strong desire to learn about project management.
