Your new role
To continue our growth and success we are seeking a switched on and ambitious Sourcing Associate to support our high volume Sourcing team. In this role, you will work closely with an incredibly driven and committed team and will be responsible for sourcing extraordinary talent to work for key clients. You will be responsible for the recruitment process all the way from advertisement to placement and beyond, and will be identifying the best talent in the market to ensure that the right person is found for the right job.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking someone who is passionate about providing an excellent candidate experience, and who is committed to building strong relationships and achieving results. To be successful in this role you will need to be professional, approachable, be able to work to tight deadlines and have a strong work ethic. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and will be comfortable working as part of a close knit team. Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
