About the Company
- The company covers the whole of NZ with many different sites
- This role covers Auckland and Northland, travel will include overnight stays
- The client’s Environment, Safety & Wellness program has gained many awards
About the Role
- You will use your knowledge and expertise of the Health and Safetyat Work Act 2015
- Relationship building and communication are key to this role, some knowledge of Te Reo Maori and culture would be an advantage but not essential
- You will cover a number of different sites in Auckland and Northland
Duties
- Ensure all sites are visited regularly
- Hold regular training sessions and induction trainings
- Oversight also includes all contractors working on sites
- Establish and maintain great communications with all internal and external contacts
Skills & Experience
- Proven knowledge and experience with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015
- Knowledge of ACC legislation, procedures and policies
- Full clean NZ Driving Licence Class 1
- Proven leadership and relationship building qualities
- Clear and effective communication is absolutely essential
