About the Role
  
You will be joining a well-established and high performing team, allowing you to hit the ground running.
  
Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be a 360 degree recruitment consultant taking care of the A to Z of consultant work including:

• Sourcing quality candidates through networking, database management, social media, job board sourcing etc. and building lasting relationships
• Screening, interviewing and matching candidates to role opportunities
• Establishing and strengthening client relationships to become the preferred supplier of choice
• Manage client database (Eclipse)
• Negotiate pay & charge rates
• Cross selling opportunities with other areas in Medacs Global Group
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the team

Skills & Experience
  
As an experienced recruiter or senior consultant you will need to be:

• Dynamic, competitive, ambitious and driven
• Self-managing, honest and trustworthy
• Demonstrate a high level of quality candidate and client customer service
• Previous recruitment or sales experience
• A proven track record of meeting/exceeding billing targets
• Highly organized and able to work with multiple client and candidate contacts
• IT & Computer Literate
