Counties Manukau Health (CMH) is the largest employer in South Auckland employing more than 7000 amazing staff spread across different 20 sites. The CM Health Recruitment Centre provides specialist in-house recruitment solutions, support and advice to our organisation. We are a busy team of 12, recruiting close to 2000 hires a year.
As a Recruitment Consultant in our team, you will have exceptional customer service skills and be energised by proactive candidate sourcing and engagement. To be successful in this role you will have the ability to constantly identify new opportunities to attract candidates to CMH and to develop and maintain strong relationships within the organisation and across the region as well.
We are looking for someone who is solution focussed, resilient and is able to multi task with quick turnaround times. Being a good team player and having good communication skills are also key for this position.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- In-house recruitment experience sourcing specialist roles
- Demonstrated candidate care and talent sourcing
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation
- Expert use of a recruitment/candidate management system (Taleo experience would be awesome)
- Previous experience recruiting within the health sector will be highly advantageous
