The following experience and personal qualities would be advantageous in securing this role:
- Previous experience in a telefundraising or outbound sales role (not essential but would be highly regarded)
- A mature approach
- Excellent verbal communication and rapport building skills
- The confidence and the resilience to conduct outbound phone calls
- The ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
There are a few simple things that you will need:
- ADSL or Cable Internet Connection
- Corded Home Telephone
- Dedicated Home Office
- Corded Telephone Headset
We will be making calls Monday to Friday between 9am and 8pm and Saturday between 9am and 5pm. You must be able to commit to working at least 15 hours a week within these hours, and meet our above minimum technical requirements.
Training for the role will be held from the comfort of your home during business hours starting from week commencing 9th July. More information will be provided if you are successful in obtaining the role.
