    Strategic sales role within the recruitment industry

This is a thinking persons role within the recruitment industry. Which means you need to be associated with the industry. A newly created role which will serve to educate new and existing clients around the benefits of partnered staffing, the methodology, and the mechanics and other smart ways to create a lasting partnership when it comes to workforce planning.

What our client  needs at this level and what their clients are looking for is not a door knocker but a lock picker. Someone who thinks left/right, up/down and can educate and sell solutions to clients with ongoing recruitment needs. It will be in and around that professional services piece- an exciting,quality driven piece of the market. But not limited to as there are a number of amazing projects already off the drawing board and making their way to market. With a strong and vastly experienced recruitment and sourcing team you join a very "mature" brains trust. Immense amount of satisfaction to be gained.

What you will be bringing to the organisation is not a transactional sales approach but a strategic information driven ideological approach. This role is a about being a true brand ambassador as the business grows and diversifies.Having the confidence to peel back the layers of clients and potential clients and offer staffing solutions.

You will be faced with very realistic targets and excellent returns for your efforts. To be able to perform you will need to understand how the recruitment process works, an awareness of the buttons to push in the recruitment market and what it means to deliver. So a background in the recruitment industry either in an agency or in house is vital

This role is scoped and set up to allow you to really attack the market with support from the highest level you will have the freedom and mana to make things happen.
