If you are a senior Human Resources practitioner with proven expertise supporting second or third tier managers, we have a unique and challenging role which will provide an exciting next step in your career. 

As Principal Business Partner HR you will be part of a collegial team providing one on one, high level, trusted and credible advice and support to one or more Executive Leadership Team members and their senior leadership team (SLT). You will play a significant role at SLT meetings, demonstrating your depth and breadth of HR expertise. You will actively contribute to direction setting and achievement of business strategy. Delivery of an outstanding HR service to the business will be your primary aim.

As the successful candidate we are seeking; 

  • Proven experience as a trusted and credible adviser to executive teams, senior managers or business group, with the ability to forge strong internal and external relationships. 
  • Ability to speak and write confidently and authoritatively from a reasoned perspective. 
  • Demonstrated high level knowledge of human resource practice and relevant employment legislation. May be expert in one or more HR disciplines. 
  • Proven ability in the management of HR/ER issues and provision of HR/ER advice and guidance to senior managers. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a broad cross section of people and take a collaborative and consultative approach with colleagues.
