With over 200 contractors on their books this well established IT agency is looking to add to their permanent capabilities by hiring an experienced consultant. You do not need to be very senior but the right attitude is essential; someone who is switched on and has the capability to reinvigorate dormant accounts. You would be expected to leverage the relationships from the contracting side and use you relationship management skills to turn a placid desk into a high performer. The client has relationships in the telco, finance and banking sectors but would like to focus on the high end tech market and although the initial aim is to influence existing accounts the ability to attract new business is a great asset. The role comes with a generous base salary and a very attractive commission structure with a car park in the CBD. You would have complete ownership of the desk and access to accounts that you would not typically have due to senior consultants having priority, perhaps a move to perm after being in contract might be of interest?
