Role
 
The focus of the Business Manager is to have primary responsibility for all aspects of the business including generalist HR, monitoring and reporting on practice KPI’s, managing the administration function (12 staff) and overseeing Marketing and IT functions.  This is all about ensuring the business meet their objectives with a view to improved cohesion, business efficiency and of course profitability.

Key to your success is your proven experience working in an operational role that has an HR focus.  Your industry experience will be very open, this is more about delivery of service for the business internally. This is an important role to the business so while managing those internal relationships you will be thinking commercially about what is best for the business to deliver and support the strategic plan and organisational objectives.
