About the Role
We are looking for two experienced and motivated HR Advisors, who have a passion for HR and for setting high standards of service and quality.
Key responsibilities will include:
- proactively working with internal and external customers to support managers with HR information, advice and guidance to deliver their business operations effectively
- supporting the annual performance and remuneration review process
- proactively identifying inefficient processes and suggest improvements and opportunities to streamlines processes
- supporting the HR Business Partner team.
Skills and Experience
You will have very good knowledge of general HR practices and experience in one or more in the areas of change management, performance appraisal processes, remuneration, job design and evaluation, and employment relations.
In addition, you will need:
- strong influencing and relationship management skills and be able to quickly establish credibility and trust
- excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident dealing with managers at all levels
- the ability to effectively prioritise work and consistently meet deadlines
- to be pro-active and take initiative; be a solution seeker
- to be innovative, have energy, drive and enthusiasm with a “can do” attitude.
