About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior HR Advisor, who has a passion for HR and for setting high standards of service and quality.  This is a key role within our team.   You will be the subject matter expert on HR matters and the ‘go to’ person to resolve any escalated issues.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • working alongside the HR Business Partner team
  • leading and contributing towards HR projects
  • building high quality relationships through demonstrated customer empathy, thought leadership, professional expertise and innovative thinking
  • providing high level support, coaching and mentoring to the HR Advisors and Assistant HR Advisors.

Skills and Experience

You will have in depth knowledge of HR best practice, with the ability to provide high level advice in areas such as employment relations, change management, remuneration, and employee engagement.

In addition, you will need:

  • demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • proven project/change management skills and experience
  • can demonstrate strong influencing and relationship management skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident dealing with managers at all levels
  • energy, drive and enthusiasm and be a self starter.
