RDNS NZ are looking to supplement their front-line scheduling/customer services team, offering short and long term opportunities:
- 2 x 6 months Fixed Term Full Time Appointments To support additional demands during the Winter season and to support the smooth transition of a new internal system
(Seeking availability to work 5 rostered days between Monday to Sunday within the hours of 6am - 9pm (we aim to roster 2 consecutive days off).
- 2 x Ongoing Weekend Appointments Response to requirements and demands on the weekend with a focus on the weekday/weekend flow
(Complete flexibility as to whether these are Full/Part time, can be F-M/W- Sun etc)
Royal District Nursing Service New Zealand (RDNS NZ) is a not for profit provider of home and community based and community nursing services to a wide range of clients in the Greater Auckland region and the Southland/Otago regions.

What is the role?
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients and support workers regionally
- Rostering/Scheduling including leave management
- Actioning/Following up on client or staff requests
- Ongoing maintenance of records in our database
- Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
Key to your success
- Healthcare experience or experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Resilience and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to actively listen and to negotiate
- A sense of humour
