Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a leading New Zealand business. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your abilities in sourcing great talent, and contribute to a committed team where value to business, employer brand and candidate experience are integral at every step.
Position
An expansive role across the recruitment spectrum, the focus of this position is to manage the end to end recruitment process from approval to hire through to on-boarding of new employees. You will coach and assist line managers providing guidance or hands on support where necessary. The key measure of success for this role is the attraction and selection of high calibre people who are aligned with the company’s values.
Person
This organisation is professional, but not corporate and requires a practical and real approach to connect with a diverse range of people. Your recruitment experience could be from either in-house or agency and ideally will be across a broad range of levels and functions. Your ability to listen, ask the right questions and make excellent decisions is critical. What stands out most of all is your genuine love of recruiting the right people for your organisation.
