A critical hire, the Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, overseeing and developing all areas of the Sales and Marketing function and team. A part of the senior leadership team, this role will take the lead in driving revenue for the business through sales and marketing initiatives in this fast-changing world of organisational performance. Leading a team of six, you will enjoy taking the time to work alongside your team, supporting their business development activities whilst coaching and guiding them day to day.
You will be a strategic sales leader, who has a proven ability to drive business growth and revenue through different channels. Engaging and outgoing you will thrive on working with others, enjoy thinking strategically and be credible in a corporate setting whilst enjoy working in a hands on office environment with an already established and successful team. Open to where your experience has been gained, what will be important is that you have sold a service, have a passion for learning and bring exceptional experience in sales management and have the ability to build long-term strategic relationships with clients up to executive level.
