Your new role
Introducing a newly created opportunity that will play a significant role in fostering a culture that unlocks the potential of their people. Reporting directly to the New Zealand HR Manager, the Talent & Development Business Partner will have two key areas of focus:
- Foster a culture that nurtures, develops and retains talent within the business through establishing relationships with identified individuals and helping facilitate their career and development opportunities.
- Deliver/facilitate key learning and development initiatives created by the L&D team encourage an environment that embeds learning to enhance the performance culture.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience working in a similar commercial environment. You will also possess the following:
- Strong systems skills including database reporting and excel
- Working knowledge of contemporary HR practices within New Zealand is essential
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills are critical along with a passion in driving a strong performance culture
