We’re looking for a like-minded and purpose driven senior client partner to join our talented team in Auckland. But this is more than a great opportunity – its two!

About You

You will already be an exceptional senior client partner with a passion for employee experience and the difference it can make to New Zealand business.
In this newly created role, you will act as a true strategic partner influencing and supporting managers’ decisions that have an impact on people, processes and business operations.

Using a consultative approach, you will:

• support, shape and drive client’s organisational strategy
• help build high performance culture
• shape and drive positive change through supporting employee experience initiatives.

• be commercially focused and understand the challenges of a high growth business
• love building deep connections both within the team and with our clients and be thought of as a trusted advisor by those around you
