About the role
Our HR team’s purpose is to enable managers to lead effectively through coaching and provision of specialist advice, this role will support a portfolio of managers in all aspects of HR. Day-to-day you will;
- Respond to a wide range of queries, including the full employment lifecycle from start to end and coach managers to make decisions.
- Support HR BP’s in planning and executing HR initiatives.
- Support the HR leadership team in continuous improvement efforts.
- Proactively support your team of managers to make effective decisions to do with people.
What can you bring to the role?
- Generalist HR experience with a good understanding of all aspects of HR.
- Experience coaching managers to make effective decisions through complex issues/requests.
- Flexibility and willingness to do the work to support your managers - from support writing letters to giving specialist HR advice.
- Strong ER experience would be ideal.

We’re also offering a [base salary of $75k - $85k depending on the skills and experience you bring to the role.
