About the role
This is a newly created role that will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering insightful people analytics to both HR and the business through the use of global HR data, trends and reporting. You will support the recognition and reward of our people through the delivery of effective benefit and recognition programmes, by benchmarking and researching market practice and trends. There will be a strong focus on the delivery of HR analytics which will include designing and developing standard reports, providing analysis as required, identifying continuous improvement activities around HR data, and supporting our global offices with master data management.
About you
You will have strong presentation and communication skills as you will be liaising with employees at all levels of the business. You will have high attention to detail, superior organization skills, be proactive, and have a positive approach to your work. You will also be passionate, a fast learner, and someone who can approach our business with the professionalism and resourcefulness that a growing, successful business requires.
Skills and experience
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Advanced Excel and SQL essential
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience working with HR systems such as HRIS, LMS and payroll (Ideally)
- Strong analytical & insights background
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience working on global HRIS implementations would be beneficial
