Health & Safety & HR Manager
We have a client looking for a senior office person with experience in both Health & Safety and HR management to support a Tokoroa based group of companies involved in Logging operations.
Operating as part of the office team, you will need:
· Prior experience in similar roles, with understanding of the legislative compliance required
· Willingness to assist others in the office when required
· Full drivers license
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintaining & managing the administration of health & safety practices
· Managing the company’s HR function, including employment and training records, staff inductions, drug testing and disciplinary processes
· Payroll administration and reconciliations, using Ace Payroll and filing monthly PAYE returns
