About the job:
- Manage the 360 degree recruitment activities within the Southern Region (Wellington - South) White Collar Construction sector, working closely with your Auckland and Australian counterparts
- Recruiting professional Construction positions with a variety of loyal clients
- Partner with a range of clients from large multi-national Tier One contractors to smaller local firms
- Work and collaborate with the existing team of consultants across all divisions
The desk is a hot desk and there is a well-established client base.
About you: We are looking for someone who really wants to extend themselves, someone who wants to further develop a career and receive the training and guidance needed to do so. We welcome experienced consultants who want to move into a leadership role, or just want to be a great Principal Consultant.
To be successful in the role of Senior Consultant (or Principal) you'll have superior experience in recruitment, you will possess strong attention to detail, a drive to build long standing relationships, an ability to grow and develop accounts as well as being a team player with a great attitude. Your strong interpersonal skills will reflect your ability to demonstrate in every way, our Stellar Values; Greatness, Positivity and Leadership.
