About the role
Due to an internal secondment we have a 12 month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Manager to lead a talented team of learning specialists, who are responsible for supporting ACC through the design and implementation of tailored learning solutions.
As the Manager Learning Design and Support not only will you lead the development of learning solutions you will also be responsible for the effective digital delivery of learning through our learning management system, and building our capability in this area.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has a successful track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve significant and sustainable service improvements and outcomes. You'll have great stakeholder management skills that allow you to work collaboratively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes that support our strategic direction.
You'll have technical expertise in the design, development and implementation of Learning Management Systems, e-Learning packages and digital tools (both current and emerging), and you'll understand how these can work well in a large and complex organisation.
