As part of the leadership team within this well recognized NZ labour hire agency, the manager, reports to, and is responsible for, assisting the General Manager to lead and oversee the functions and performance of their branch. As part of the leadership team within their agency, the manager is responsible for providing operational leadership, reporting and management of their branch ensuring that they are performing. The manager is expected to lead by example in the areas of customer service, business development, system management, staff leadership and health and safety while representing the agencies brand. They will support the Team Leaders and Consultants in the day to day functioning of their branch while driving the business forward and maximizing its performance. The manager should also champion and drive the provision of excellent customer service throughout the centers and make recommendations/drive changes to improve service where appropriate. Ideally recent experience in a similar role is preferred however the client would consider a senior consultant who is looking to take a step up.
